Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges -

• Each item is handmade and customised, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
  • The product is damaged in transit
  • You received an incorrect item
• Please report any issues with photos or video within 48 hours of delivery.
• A replacement will be offered, depending on the case.
  

Order Cancellations -

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the product enters production and cannot be cancelled.
