Each and every piece we make is personalised and handmade with love, so we do not accept returns.
But I'm case, the product is damaged or has some stitching issue, do not worry. Just reach out to us on connect@kraftaffaires.com and send us the pictures and videos within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will replace the product with correction.

Cancellation

Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Changes in your order information

If you have entered wrong information for personalization, do not panic . Ping us on WhatsApp with order details and we will help you out with this.
